White House High Fences and Lights Out Daily

Ladies and Gentlemen, the White House continues to have high fences and lights go out daily at 11pm sharp. In previous presidency, it is my understanding we never had lights gone out at certain time during the night.  Energy conservation?  Give me a break!  Do you believe things are normal?  Does it look like a normal White House or more like a correctional facility?
