Biden Inauguration Pre-Recorded ???

In the video you can see there were two camera angles, and each had different people in the background.  Although the audio appeared to be in sync, the two different backgrounds show the video was either pre-recorded or the backgrounds were being video-engineered in there later.  Are we watching a movie after all?
