Trump's Raging Path to Victory
On December 14, 2020, Electors from each state casted their vote for the winner of Presidential Election
Interestingly, seven states have two separate slates of electors each casting vote for their own candidates
Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico have both Republicans and Democrats electing different winners
This leaves out 84 votes up in the air for congressional decision on January 6th.
New Mexico caught people a bit of a surprise as they weren’t in the original battleground state list
Having two slates of electors happened before in 1960 for Hawaii when an alternative set of votes were sent for John F. Kennedy after the state certified Richard Nixon.
Congress eventually counted electors for Kennedy and declared him as winner, 11 day after Nixon’s electors were certified
That was ONE state back then, now we have SEVEN states
This is taking Presidential Election 2020 into an uncharted territory
Also on December 14, 2020, 30 members of Arizona state legislatures including House majority leader signed a joint resolution calling Congress to count Trump electors instead
They argue U.S. Constitution grants each state legislature the plenary authority to prescribe the manner of appointing electors for that state
They requested the Congress to accept 11 electoral votes for Donald J. Trump or to have all electoral votes nullified until after a full forensic audit can be conducted
This almost promises a showdown at the Congressional meeting on January 6th
Mainstream leftist media have claimed that the door is shut for Trump’s re-election after electors cast their votes on December 14, 2020
This is totally not true
The battle has actually just begun
The first option is of course the ongoing legal battles
While the Supreme Court quick ruling against the Texas lawsuits due to lack of standing have been disappointing with many Constitution scholars and lawyers expressing their disagreements
Judges across the nation have been siding against President Trump’s legal challenges
When asked about why judges have been ruling against these legal efforts, Sidney Powell’s response was spot on
The evidences have been overwhelming.
The mainstream media and Big Tech have been working overtime to try to suppress them
But it really does not take a whole lot for people to realize something is not right when you have thousands and thousands of eyewitnesses signing affidavit under the penalty of perjury to testify in front of lawmakers
There is even a video in Georgia showing election officials pulling out suitcases of ballots and count them, all while GOP poll watchers had been told to leave
Tens of thousands of people who voted but shouldn’t have including dead people
Many counties across these battleground states have voter turnout way beyond 100%, in some cases 150%
While these evidences are piling up like mountains, the decision by Supreme Court signaled the court does not want to be involved.
Many wondered what is the reason of having these courts, judges, and justices on life-time appointments if they don’t want to get involved in protecting the very thing they are asked to do, which is to upheld the law and Constitution.
While they are still many lawsuits pending and working its way through the legal systems. But if the courts are weak and partisan like the way they have been over the years, counting on them to do what is right is a long shot
The second option for President Trump’s path to victory is the Congress
Unless the legal battles prompt the Supreme Court to order the contested states to withdraw certification by January 6th, the Congress will have to count and certify the electoral votes on January 6th.
If there is an opposition from at least one senator and one house representative, then it will trigger a two-hour debate leading to a vote by both chambers.
Both will vote to decide whether to accept election results of the states in question, and a simple majority is necessary to decide
Hypothetically if the Congress rejects the election results from Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Georgia, then Biden’s electoral votes will be reduced by 62 votes.
That scenario isn’t super likely since Democrats have the majority in the House and many Republicans seem not to be on the side of President Trump, but we are living in 2020, so anything is possible
If that happens, neither Biden nor Trump got over 270 votes. This then triggers 12th Amendment requiring House to elect the President and Senate to elect the Vice President
However, instead of having the 435 House members electing the President, it goes by the congressional delegations where each state will have ONE single vote, so the majority party will cast the vote for the state.
This works towards President Trump’s favor since Republican Party is the majority party in at least 26 of the 50 states
The third option is probably the most powerful option for President Trump to the right the wrong that happened during this election, and that is the President’s prerogative power.
Yes, the United States government built on separation of powers to prevent abuse of power. In normal circumstances, presidential power is subjected to check and balances from the Congress and Judicial systems.
This is why President Trump has been abiding by the law and The Constitution to have his legal challenges work its way slowly through the courts
People need to realize this isn’t a given to have a President constantly putting faith and always seeking to resolve problems through our laws and Constitution even after what could be considered the biggest scandal in US History
In most communist and authoritarian countries, their President is the law.
However, the Constitution also gives President additional powers to lead the nation under special or emergency situations
If for example, there are credible threats to national security, President can declare national emergency through an executive order which would give the president all kinds of special powers including the power to declare martial law
Under martial law, President can mobilize military force and suspend some or all of the executive and judiciary powers to enter a state of military rule for the purpose of maintaining social order
Meanwhile President can also initiate judiciary investigation to go after criminals who endanger homeland security.
He may also suspend the writ of habeas corpus meaning a suspect can be arrested, detained without a court hearing, and trial in a military court
President Abraham Lincoln declared martial law and suspended the writ of habeas corpus in 1861 during the early days of Civil War to arrest justices who opposed him
Some may argue that President Lincoln was prompted to take such extreme action because we were at war
Ladies and Gentlemen, our current situation is no less severe than what happened back then. In many cases, it is way worse
We could be looking at the biggest political scandal in US history
There are evidences suggesting concerted effort by foreign government to influence our election
They are teaming up with our mainstream leftist media, Big Tech, Big Corporation to suppress American people from knowing the truth
They have gone all out in attacking President Trump, who represents We The People
We aren’t even sure if our own officials, judges, justice department, FBI, and CIA can be trusted anymore
Evidences are mounting and yet they don’t seem to care
Or are they part of the swamp themselves?
Our Constitution Republic is under attack
What should President Trump do to save our country?
General Michael Flynn urges President Trump to declare martial law
In recent days, tension flared up between Department of Defense and Biden team as Pentagon have halted giving information to Biden’s transition team citing mutually agreed-upon Holiday pause
Biden’s team disputed the claim that “there was no mutually agreed-upon holiday break”
On Saturday December 12th, President Trump attended the 2020 Army Navy game and the crowd erupted to welcome and cheer on him
This surely does not look like a president who just “lost” the election
On December 18th afternoon, there has been report that Presidential Trump’s legal team met with military generals at the White House. No relevant information about the meeting had been released
Also Trump administration made a big move on November 25th by replacing 11 members of the Defense Policy Board Advisory Committee, including the well-known Henry Kissinger
This really prompts people to wonder if President is ready to concede and does not want to take military action, why does he bother to make such drastic personnel changes less than two months left in his presidency
Were these signs that President Trump is about to use his presidential prerogative power?
It remains to be seen
Thank you for watching. That’s all for the day. I will see you next time
