With a simple swipe of their arm, thousands of employees across the world can open doors, log on to their computers, even buy snacks from vending machines.

St. Rep. Stephen Meeks is working to get ahead of the technology in Arkansas.

“The idea here is to set the ground rules before the technology comes to our state to protect workers,” he said.  

Meeks, who chairs the legislature’s Technology Committee, found there are no state laws to regulate the implants in the U.S. He wants to be the first. 

House Bill 1177 would allow companies to offer microchips to employees but not force them to use the implants. The companies would also have to disclose how they plan to use the data. 

The legislation also requires the company to pay to remove the implant if an employee leaves. The employee could decide to keep the microchip but then bares full responsibility for it.

My Comments:

If this news article does not give you a strong indication that we are in fact living in the end time right now, then I don’t know what does.  The RFID technology isn’t something that has been around for a very long time.  It has been around for maybe a few decades and really did not have much breakthrough until early 21^st century, and yet the fact this technology is here essentially set the stage to fulfill a 2000-year-old bible prophecy spoke to us by Apostle John in Revelation 13.

¹⁵He was given power to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that it could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed.  ¹⁶He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead, ¹⁷so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name. (Revelation 13:15-17)

Here it talks about two entities, known as the first and second beasts, that they will combine to force everyone to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead.  It says very specifically that unless a person has the mark, he or she cannot buy or sell.  These two beasts are likely two powerful political and religious leaders in the end time that they will rule over the nations and their inhabitants to push forward agendas against the Almighty God including forcing a mark on the right hand and forehead of people so that they can buy or sell (If you ever wonder about what happened to the sovereignty of the nation as opposed to international authority, please read Does the Bible favor International communities over sovereign nations? )

Even just a few decades ago, this 2000-year-old Bible prophecy would sound like nothing but a fiction to most people, but now with money turning cashless, you can literally purchase anything anywhere with a chip-enabled credit card or even just a mobile device.  It is no longer a fiction but something that can into a reality as easily as a snap of fingers.

It is good that some states in the US are passing bills to ensure it can’t be compulsory to receive the chips, but we are moving closer and closer to the fulfillment of this 2000-year-old Bible prophecy.  How much more time do we get before that evil force fully takes over this world?

Now I don’t mean to strike you with fear, but not a single sentence in the Bible will fail.  Just as Jesus said,

¹⁵Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away. (Matthew 24:35)

In order to come out on the winning end of these upcoming global calamities, we ought to make sure that we get right with God first.  That is to repent, trust, and accept Jesus Christ to be our Lord and Savior, keep his commands, and spread the gospel and his teachings to as many people as we can.  God bless!
